First of ALL:

By signing up and actively using the TheBestPTP program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. TheBestPTP May, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with TheBestPTP. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement cancelling your account. Your continued participation in the TheBestPTP program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by TheBestPTP be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from TheBestPTP , your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

About Spam:

TheBestPTP member may not promote referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of affiliateship with TheBestPTP and may result in legal prosecution. TheBestPTP strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. TheBestPTP may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. If your Userinfo stats say that you'll receive email also on email address, please verify that you receive them also on email address. If you don't receive it, your email is bouncing me. I charge you with 0.1$ for each eamil is bouncing in my address. BOUNCING EMAIL IS A BAD THING, because I have email full of them, and I can't check the email member send to me for support. If your provider is bouncing yuor email, please go in userinfo.php and change your email or put in "site inbox only"

About Membership:

Sign-ups and use of TheBestPTP site is Free for all users that are able to understand English. Only requirement are: - Speak English, - have a email, - a internet connection - a payment processor account (this last only if you want to receive payout). Some TheBestPTP member have decided to have more benefits, so they have paid for a NEW MEMBERSHIP. This membership is called UPGRADE Upgraded member have monlthy/weekly bonus ads for all the time of upgrade but also can use ALL ptp link, and have many other benefit. To have payout, NO member is forced to PAY for upgrade. Payment is made for all active and honest member. In order to buy a PAID membership you can go in the Upgarde link, or directly in gold.php page If a paid member (UPGRADED), is caught to cheat, he'll be deleted as normal ones.

About Activity:

A member is Inactive when doesn't click at least 1 PTC and 1 EMAIL (both) in 30 days if Free Member or 40 days if Upgraded Member. Inactive member are suspended after 40 days and deleted after 50 and all earnings will be forfetteid! If a TheBestPTP member was a upgraded membership and/or has Affiliate pages he'll LOST ALL!!! If a TheBestPTP member schedules to don't be able to click for more then 40 days, he must set his account to "vacation" for the time he'll be offline. "Vacation" can't be more then 60 days. If a TheBestPTP member would take more then 60 day vacation, must contact TheBestPTP admin. A TheBestPTP member deleted for Inactivity is NOT considered a Cheater. A TheBestPTP member deleted for Inactivity can rejoin the TheBestPTP site. He'll have new account with new earnign and new membership.

About Payment:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by TheBestPTP . Members may also earn as bonus by referring new members to the TheBestPTP program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by TheBestPTP fixed in 10%. This percentage is called Referral Commission and is added automatically by the system ONE time per day. All TheBestPTP accounts will be settled in U.S. dollars. Payment method are made on: - Egold - Paypal There are no minimum to receive payment via Egold and via Paypal. TheBestPTP members will be paied every 23 24 or 25 of month if select "paypal" in their user info or if they select "egold" Paypal payment si made via masspay so no fees apply to your Paypal account. Bytheway a 1% fees applies to every payment made using Paypal, to share fees among TheBestPTP admin. Payment will be made ONCE a month. If member/advertiser wants to pay TheBestPTP usig Paypal from CREDIT CARD, he have to use the paymentscc@thebestptp.com address, and must include fees. IF NOT, fees will be applied to your acount (if you have one) or in case payment will come froma advertiser, fees must be payed in nomore then 7 days, or the ADS will be rejected and money will get lost. If providing wrong payment account and not receive the payment, nothing can be done.

About Suspension / Deletion:

TheBestPTP Member can be suspended for: - Inactivity; - False payment Info; - Broke a TOS rule that give suspension. - Give 3 or more faulty answer to english test. - NON checking RIGHT Keywords: certain keywords are added to detect if members understand the English language. Also ONE is to determine member that have accepted this Terms. Any account that has 1 or more of these keywords checked will be deleted forfeiting all earnings to date of termination. TheBestPTP Member will be deleted for: - Cheating - Broke a TOS rule that give deletion. A TheBestPTP suspended member must contact TheBestPTP admin in no more then 10 days. After 10 days the suspended account will get deletion. A TheBestPTP suspended member can rejoin the site ONLY if deleted, but need TheBestPTP admin permission before resignup and give info about his deletion. A TheBestPTP deleted member for cheating cannot rejoin TheBestPTP site. His info were stored. If he retry to signup, get immediately deletion.

About Cheating:

About Affiliate pages

TheBestPTP member can buy Affiliate pages here. Affiliate page is a page similar to a PTP link, but different from ptp, can be promoted also in PTP rotator. TheBestPTP Affiliate Page allow you to earn 0.18$ CPM with 24 hours unique IP, and no tier. TheBestPTP Affiliate Page have 10 Texual side Link, 8 PTC ad worhting 0.0001$ and 1 Top Rotating Banner and one on Bottom. Active TheBestPTP member only can use the AFFILIATE PAGE. Here there is a tab with active requirement for Affiliate Page use AFFILIATE USE ALL MEMBER MUST click every month minimum: 50 PTP email + 50 PTC You are able to CASHOUT with no maximum AFFILIATE PAGE LOST FOREVER IF: Click on More then 2 Cheat LINK/EMAIL If Member become INACTIVE / DELETED (any reason) If Member doesn't click in more then 100 days the minimum amount of click need: 50 PTP email + 50 PTC or 100 PTP email / 100 PTC

Relationship of the Parties:

You and TheBestPTP are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and TheBestPTP . You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of TheBestPTP . You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

TheBestPTP will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or TheBestPTP program, even if TheBestPTP has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, TheBestPTP aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Admin Responsabilities

TheBestPTP admin shall meet the Service Level Guarantee. TheBestPTP admin shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all operation, hosting, and maintenance on the TheBestPTP site. TheBestPTP admin shall provide payment for all qualified/active Affiliates. TheBestPTP admin shall process payed ADS in the smallest time possible. TheBestPTP admin shall process reply and give support to member/advertiser in the smallest time possible. TheBestPTP admin shall mantain this terms always updated and visible.

Member Responsabilities

TheBestPTP member shall be responsible for keeping contact information up to date, including but not limited to financial information and contact emails. TheBestPTP member shall use his own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity or provide fake info. TheBestPTP member may not sign-up or try to sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses / info or just because his account was suspended (all cases) or deleted (for cheating). TheBestPTP member computer and LAN/Internet connection must not be shared with another individual that has an existing TheBestPTPaccount. TheBestPTP member will use his e-mail address / password combination to access his account and will never try to enter other TheBestPTP member account, even if he ask to the other member permission to do it. TheBestPTP member is solely responsible for any and all use of his TheBestPTPaccount. TheBestPTP member can't sell or give away (also for free) his account on TheBestPTP site. TheBestPTP member shall understand that it is his own responsibility to keep his information confidential, and that he may change his information by logging into his account and following the "User Account Info." link. TheBestPTP member must provide also Valid payment method/account and must provide his OWN account. If the account has wrong/fake payment method/account info, the member can be deleted for cheating. This apply in case member write: i.e. egold 55555555 or Paypal aaaa@bbbb.iii as account. TheBestPTP member shall NOT broke any part of this agreement. TheBestPTP member agree to receive e-mail advertising from TheBestPTP. limited to no more than (200) per day TheBestPTP member shall be active in the site. TheBestPTP member shall not have a defamatory, libelous, militant, hateful, slanderous or threatening way to conduct regarding both TheBestPTP admin or TheBestPTP other Member/Advertiser. TheBestPTP member shall be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. TheBestPTP member shall understand that our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. TheBestPTP member shall not use automated software to clik or read email and ads. This is considered cheating.
